How do I reset my password?

Your can retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgot password? link at the bottom of the member login screen. An email will be sent to you with a link. When clicking the link, you will be directed and prompted to enter a new password.

How do I downgrade or cancel my plan?

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. There will be no charge if you cancel before the end of the free trial period. After the trial period, you will be charged on a monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.

Is music created with soundpiece royalty-free?

Yes. You have a broad royalty-free license for songs that you create with soundpiece. You can also purchase a commercial licenses for songs created by other soundpiece users.

How can I use soundpiece to create music?

There are many ways you can use soundpiece in your creative process. For example, as a music producer or composer you can draw inspiration from the unlimited number of melodies, beats or chord progressions soundpiece creates. Where can I find a song created with the inspire plugin?

At the bottom of the plugin, an audio icon will appear once a song has been generated. The icon can then be dragged to your DAW or to a folder in order to save the WAV or MIDI file.

Which file formats can I generate songs in (MIDI or WAV) files?

With the inspire plugin you can generate chords, beats and melodies as MIDI & WAV files. Online in your browser you can create and download WAV files only.

How do I get my DAW to recognise the inspire plugin?

After downloading the inspire plugin, copy the VST3 plugin to the folder your DAW uses for plugins. The default locations are: - Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3 or
- Users/your username/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
